General Fundraising Campaign

Take Away The Tears Fundraising page provides support, wherever in the world it’s needed, to help relieve the mental and physical torture that so many dogs endure every day of their lives.

To date we have raised money to helps these dogs by organising a Fun Dog Show in the North east of England each year, sponsored neutering and rabies vaccinations programmes in Sri Lanka, supported people who dedicate their lives to helping the street dogs of Cyprus, donated mountains of blankets and dog stuff to the Romanian appeal and helped individual dogs with much needed operations. This not-for-profit organisation really does hope to ‘take away the tears’ by mobilising the support of all those people who care as much as Sue Nuttall, our founder, does.

Watch out for events and future fundraising activities. And if you would like to offer your support by means of a small monthly donation (even £1, $1 or €1 a month would make a huge difference to those dogs in need).

Take Away The Tears refers to the unseen tears of those dogs that find themselves in such awful conditions, and the daily tears of those on the front line that spend all their time, money and emotional energy saving these dogs – to give them a second chance.
